Happy Trump Indictment Day!

Why is today different from other days? Donald Trump is off to lower Manhattan for crimes, Wisconsin and Chicago voters are off to the ballot box for democracy, young Tennesseans are off to the Capitol for justice, and I’m off to Israel for Passover. Let hope rise in you like leaven! Are you filled with schadenfreude? Dreading vengeance? Indifferent to it all? Sound off below about this latest development.

See you Friday for our regular sandwich column!

Much love & happy Passover,

Talia

PS: On this day of justice, let us remember Donald Trump’s long-held concern for New York City crime:

The full page newspaper ad Trump took out calling for the executions of the Central Park Five [Ed. Note: The Sword & The Sandwich is opposed to capital punishment]

I'm not holding my breath for a _conviction_ -- the slimy rat has wriggled out of accountability all his life -- but I sure would like to see multiple convictions and jail time for TFG. We can hope justice is done.
