One thing I truly miss since my celiac diagnosis is bao. Steamed buns are so delicious, and I have not figured out how to accomplish a gluten free version that isn’t a stodgy mess.

The way this was presented was so wonderful. It was a fascinating look at the gua bao!

When Momofuku opened its first Sydney restaurant, one reviewer's notes on the gua bao said "lt's like eating a baby."

I'm not entirely sure that's a compliment.
